It's hard to give a definitive answer on this topic, various searches seem to reveal that different names has been used (skipped, skips), jenkins itself (probably one of the main consumer of this format) seem to ignore that attribute and count the skipped tests in the test suite (https:/ /issues. jenkins- ci.org/ browse/ JENKINS- 8713).
