Document usage with maas

We don't have any docs on how to use juju with orchestra. We had one intrepid user set it up by grepping unit tests.... but reallly all of this should be documented for new users. Also highlight a warning that changing management classes in environments.yaml after bootstrap is a hard error requiring destroying and re-bootstrapping the environment (or restoring the old value).

hi andres, just talked to ahmed and as far as he knows your doing the docs, i've updated the bug to reflect that. If you've already got some docs written it would be nice to push them so we can this in for oneiric.
