Bug Description
There should be some mechanism by which hooks running in units can determine their leader. One possibility that was discussed is a live list, taking advantage of the unit number sequencing we get for free from ZK.

umm.. this is already covered by other issues. namely expose ensemble self unit, the list membership returned by ensemble relation-list is already live.
