Bug Description
We need to create a subcommand like:
ensemble debug-zkshell
This will set up the SSHClient tunnel into the EC2 provider, and will run zkshell against it, so that we can inspect what's going on.

Building on the ssh shell sub command this sort of functionality would be pretty easy, as its just formatting args to ssh.
