Bug Description

Charm with 32Mb payload fails to deploy or update, deploys and updates without it.

Confirmed with GSAs canonistack swift working fine.

The GSA uploaded a 500MB file to swift as a test. I'll do some testing on my local machine as well.

More information:

With the python-swiftclient I can upload the file to swift from my local without error.

On prodstack and stagingstack charm upgrades work with this payload.

prodstack and stagingstack are precise with juju 0.6.0.1+bzr598-0juju1~0.IS.12.04 package installed. With juju-origin: lp:~canonical-losas/juju/{prod,staging}stack.

My laptop is quantal with juju 0.6.0.1+bzr608-0juju2~quantal1 package installed. And fails with either juju-origin: lp:~canonical-losas/juju/prodstack or juju-origin: ppa.

I can independently confirm this with a 76MB payload against lcy02.
