Subordinate charm juju agents are not removed on re-deploy to non-terminated machine

After destroying service of the primary and secondary charms. And re-deploying on a non-terminated machine instance the previous subordinate charm juju agents remained active.

In the following process list ksplice and landscape-client are subordinate charms. You can see instance ksplice/6 and landscape-client/6 after the redeploy
