tube API change

Tube API has changed. The {Offer,Accept}DbusTube methods have been renamed to Offer/Accept.
This is implemented in Gabble master and will be in the future 0.7.27 release.

telepathy-gabble 0.7.27 has been released with the new API.

The Offer() and Accept() methods now have an access_control param. See [1] for the rationnal.
Basically, you just have to pass Credentials to keep the current behaviour.

This change is implemented in Gabble master and is the last one before the undrafting of the API.

telepathy-gabble 0.7.28 has been released and implement the stable API.

telepathy-gabble 0.7.28 is now in the Telepathy PPA.

Note that you'll need Empathy master (futur 2.27.3) to be able to dispatch tubes.

Empathy 2.27.3 should be released today too.
