Restart game doesn't work when a unit is selected

Bug Description

How to reproduce:
 1 - pick a unit, don't drop it !
 2 - open menu and chose "restart game"
 3 - observe the result and scream !
 4 - end turn wont' work either

Fixed in trunk, we didn't cancel the selection when starting a new game

You haven't made any unit test, this bug isn't fix.

I would need a programmatical way to test this bug instead of just visually. And we don't have a unit test for the UI anyway
so stop trying stealing my points :p
