pygpgme emits a deprecation warning on python 2.6

Bug Description

pygpgme emits a warning about BaseException.message under pygpgme. The issue is that pygpgme sets the message attribute on its exception.

This is raised in PEP 352: http://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0352/

and this patch takes care of the problem.
