It'd be nice if private classes and methods were rendered in a different way

Bug Description

For example, with a color scheme that makes them stand out less, and keeping them at the bottom of the listing.

As I think I've said on IRC, I have sort of plans for a richer model here. In particular, letting projects decide what private is for them.

In the light of http://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ticket/3187, perhaps greying out private things is a better idea than hiding them though...
