Bug Description
The Web server displays hidden directories by default.
Either hidden directories should be hidden always, or there should be an option to display hidden directories.

Based on the architecture of the application this is a formatter change - as it is the formatter (either the DataWalker, or the HTML formatter classes) which control what is output and why.
