Bug Description

Downloaded pybindgen-0.16.0.tar.bz2, unpacked with WinZip on Win 7 32-bit. Opened CMD, cd to pybindgen-0.16.0, then .\waf.bat configure . Fails immediately with "run waf-light from a folder containing waflib". Opened waf file in emacs, saw U*X line endings. Changed them to dos by removing the ^M. Works,
