Bug Description

Ubuntu 14.04 -> 15.04 (AMD64)
Pushbullet -indicator 0.6.0-0 extras 14.04.1
Chrome 42, Pushbullet extension ver. 188

If Pushbullet Indicator setting "Universal copy & paste" are 'On', Ubuntu clipboard cannot copy and paste right.
In Gedit or Terminal highlighting text will fail, and pasting will be locked to one value.
Disabling Chrome extension, OR setting "Universal copy & paste" to 'Off', will immediately stop the break and return clipboard functionality

Some kind of update in this bug report would be nice, it has not been addressed.

Those having issues with this Universal copy and paste setting enabled. Are you Pushbullet Pro subscribers or are you using the free version? They moved the Universal Copy and Paste to a paid feature, and since it defaults to on in this app (by an independent developer) its possible their "can't do that" return code is causing the app to crash and empty the clipboard.

Changed in pushbullet-indicator:
assignee: nobody → Lorenzo Carbonell (lorenzo-carbonell)
status: New → Fix Released
