Bug Description

I have installed the twitter.pl plugin in ~/.purple/plugins and installed Net::Twitter in cpan; however, when I try to configure the plugin, no dialog box comes up, and I don't get my status updated from my Twitter feed.

I'm using Linux Mint 9 "Isadora" GNOME on a Toshiba Satellite A215 S4697, Pidgin 2.6.6, and Purple-OAuth-Status 4.0.1

Does `pidgin -d` tells you something special? I've seen this when net::twitter wasn't functioning correctly.

Actually, maybe it's better if you just check the debug window when enabling the plugin. You can find the window under the help-menu. If you filter on twitterstatus you will find the plugin related information.
