toonloop refuses to run on puredyne gazpacho, looks for haarcascades in wrong place

Bug Description
toonloop fails to run in gazpacho dev dvd. when you run it from the terminal it chokes on failing to find
/usr/
I can't find a package that would provide it. There *is* such a file, but it's not in /usr/share/opencv but in /usr/share/

Hey Alexandre can you look into this? Otherwise we would have to pull toonloop from Gazpacho :/
