gazpacho cd ISO is too big for CD

The CD ISO I just built locally is 761.9 MiB / 799 MB; seems like we need to cut 62 MiB of stuff.

From browsing the lists, some suggestions for things that can move to -extra:

..and removing those ones gives me an image of size 739MiB / 774 MB - so we need to move those *and* plenty more. I'm going to commit these, any big arguments we can move them back, but we need more space...

* If we remove "tclcsound" (to the DVD), that is the only thing dragging tcl8.4 in (many other things use tcl8.5). (synaptic says 6279 kB would be freed)

* Fluxus is dragging in "racket-common" which is very large, as mentioned in Bug #815574 -- moving fluxus to DVD would achieve CD-size straightforwardly. (synaptic says 235 MB would be freed)

those are the only candidates I've found

keep this one on the CD, it's super handy for minimal env to make an install (as in art/sound installation).

Having moved fluxus to the DVD, the CD is 686MiB / 719MB, so we're OK hurrah
