trove guestagent currently misses some options in common use

In current guestagent class, it manages only a few options, it lacks of some options such as guest_id,volume_fstype,etc. which is in common use.

IIUC guest_id SHOULD NOT be configured by deployment tools and it should be configured by trove, when it injects the guestagent config file into instances.

I agree that we can improve coverage but I'm hesitant to check every parameter which can be configured and add all of these at this moment, seeing the module is quite inactive. I'll cover volume_fstype and a few other parameters related to volume operations now.
