Could not look up qualified variable 'ssh::server::ensure'

Including only ssh::server::install class in init.pp give to small scope and cause warnings in puppet log:

(Scope(Class[Ssh::Server::Install])) Could not look up qualified variable 'ssh::server::ensure'; class ssh::server has not been evaluated

    Enlarging the scope of ssh module

    Including only ssh::server::install class in init.pp give too small scope
    and cause warnings about inability to look up ssh::server::ensure.
