Bug Description
The current NotFound error page returns HTTP code 200, and not the expected 404. This causes it to be a lot harder to verify broken links through automated scripts.

This is fixed.
I think that there might be some pages emitting 500 error codes where 404 would be more appropriate, but these need to be addressed individually.
