nova_aggregate provider should be able to unset metadata

There is a commented section in the nova_aggregate provider which adds support for removing aggregate metadata. It was waiting for bug #1559866 in python-openstackclient to be fixed. This bug implements support for the "openstack aggregate unset" command which in now part of python-openstackclient 2.4.0.

Since python-openstackclient 2.4.0 is available, the nova_aggregate provider should be updated accordingly.
