murano cfapi default package and service-name error for RedHat platforms

Hello,
I run puppet-murano scripts in the CentoOS7 system, when i will install the murano-cfapi package and run cfapi service,
 it raises error. it cannot find the package named 'openstack-murano-cfapi' package or service.
 finally i find the default murano-cfapi package name is openstack-murano-cfapi for the RedHat platform,
 so the real cfapi package name and service name for murano should be openstack-murano-cf-api and murano-cf-api in the RedHat platforms.

    The default values of cfapi_service_name and cfapi_service_name on RHEL
    are wrong. This patch aims to setup the right values for them.
