Jenkins job "gate-puppet-murano-puppet-beaker-rspec-ubuntu-trusty" failed due to unavailability of command journalctl

failure in log -
sudo: journalctl: command not found

This inconsistency causes delay in gerrit review process.

Yes it seems url is no more.

Anyway the issue is as below (captured from the log in the console url) -

  failure in log -
  sudo: journalctl: command not found
