Bug Description

While trying things out with my deployment, I came across this:

- https://github.com/openstack/puppet-keystone/blob/master/examples/user_project_user_role_composite_namevar.pp#L51

Which references a non-existent keystone_project {}.

    Fix incorrect reference to keystone_project in example

    The example incorrectly referred to keystone_project. This should
    have been keystone_tenant.
