Bug Description

Ironic-inspector DBname is ironic-inspector. Following best practice in Mysql, "-" is not allowed. It create some issue like we cannot drop the database from mysql cli.

Reason: We cannot fix this as it'll break a whole bunch of things on upgrades. It's unfortunate that it's like this but we likely won't be able to just change this.
