Bug Description

ironic-inspector needs to know the booting NIC. with plain PXE we used to have 'ipappend' option adding BOOTIF variable, with iPXE we need to have something similar.

    Add BOOTIF=${mac} to the inspector iPXE template

    It is required to determine the booting NIC.
