Bug Description

puppet-ironic configures ironic-inspector to write ramdisk logs to this directory, however it's not created.

The patch https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/puppet-ironic/+/247516/ was abandoned because the issue was fixed in packaging. So I'll close this bug as invalid.
