Bug Description

Currently wsgi display-name argument is not set what causes inability to distinguish origins of each process displayed in "systemctl status httpd". Having display-name set to "horizon" will make it easier to debug in case of various problems related with the processes/threads itself.

    Set display-name for WSGI

    In order to see all the processes named correctly based
    on their origins we should set display-name so all the WSGI
    processes are named difrerently from the Apache ones.
