Bug Description

$hypervisor_defaults parameter in init.pp, now, is hardcoded https://github.com/openstack/puppet-horizon/blob/8.0.0/manifests/init.pp#L342.

We need a new parameter in the class in order to get this parameter from "outside".

This change is not needed any more since we have in master hypervisor_options and the post merge with hypervisor_defaults https://github.com/openstack/puppet-horizon/blob/master/manifests/init.pp#L331
