Error when deploying gnocchi in TripleO from master

When deploying overcloud with gnocchi enabled following error appears in overcloud [1]:

"Error: /Stage[main]/Gnocchi::Wsgi::Apache/Openstacklib::Wsgi::Apache[gnocchi_wsgi]/File[gnocchi_wsgi]: Could not evaluate: Could not retrieve information from environment production source(s) file:/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/gnocchi/rest/app.wsgi",

Note that gnocchi has been recently updated to version 4.1 in RDO, so it may be related.

app.wsgi has been remove in 4.1.0 [1]. It must be replaced by /usr/bin/gnocchi-api [2]

    Use gnocchi-api binary for wsgi script

    WSGI script gnocchi/rest/app.wsgi has been removed in [1] which has
    been included in release 4.1.0 and gnocchi-api must be used instead [2].

    Note that new version has been bumped in RDO but not ubuntu yet, so
    this patch is switching the wsgi script only for Red Hat deployments.
