Bug Description

As far as I can understand it is not possible to let glance_image use a proxy when downloading images from http / https, this makes it impossible to use it in a network without direct access to the web server holding an image.

It would be really useful to have parameters that allow specifying a proxy and pass them to Net::HTTP.

Add proxy support to glance_image resource

The glance_image resource provides the ability to
download remote images using the source parameter.
Specifying the proxy parameter will allow one to
use a proxy server when downloading the image.
