vmware_datastore and vmware_datacenter is deprecated in Liberty

0.vmware_datastore is deprecated in Liberty. This value should be set ,If the vmware_server_host specified is an ESX/ESXi.
1.vmware_datacenter is deprecated in Liberty.
2.We need to update the parameter specification in puppet and add a warning when it is used.
