keystone_auth_ui and keystone_identity_uri parameters are inconsistent with other modules

The keystone_auth_uri and keystone_identity_uri parameters in api.pp are inconsistent with other modules. Across all other modules similar parameters are named auth_uri and identity_uri, without the keystone_prefix. While this refactoring is still only in master, the modules should be made consistent with one another.
