volume controls on multiple users

Bug Description
We have two or more users on one computer.
The first user adjusts the volume while listening to music at about 50% (in volume control applet notifications) - and then logs out.
Comes to the second user includes music (or watching a movie), while columns quietly - though he has the volume control applet notifications by 100%.
Need to go under the first user and there to adjust the volume by 100% and then get the second one everything will be OK.

Thanks for reporting this. Sounds legitimate considering one Pulse instance is shared across users.
Pulse should really reset its volume at each new user login.
