Bug Description

The following text is a) not true in the current Psiphon deployment, and b) teaches users unsafe behaviour:

> You may encounter an "invalid security certificate" warning when you
> activate or access your Psiphon account. Please select "continue" or
> "add an exception" to enable your browser to establish a secure
> connection to Psiphon.

It should be removed.

I took the bug too literally: only the invite email had the "invalid certificate" warning removed -- but there were two more instances. They are now removed as well.
