Bug Description
UI elements: Add a profile option. Checkbox on login screen to set profile option.
This will require at least these changes: Client-side cookie will have to survive browser restart (so TTL shouldn't be 0). Server-side inactivity session-clearing will have to check new option.
"Stay logged in" time should be finite and configurable (like, 2 weeks).
Option should only be available (or function) for Users and Power Users. (Too dangerous for higher-grade users to stay logged in.)

Clarification needed:

Is it going to be just a checkbox on login screen? Or should it be placed in user profile?
