Bug Description

When browsing to a proxied URL using the login URL (ie. proxy/login_prefix/http://www.cnn.com) with no current session, remember the target site URL, present the login page, and browse to the remembered target site URL after a successful login.

Also, when browsing to a proxied URL using the login URL and the user is already logged in, and the login URL is different from the browse prefix, correctly browse to the target site URL. (Currently, the user is presented with 404 when the login URL and browse prefix are different)
