                For a standard user, can we drop the proxy and user class drop downs? We either display the proxy address only, or nothing. Personally, I'd say display nothing.

                * Add "(optional)" to email address prompt in create account and profile screens
                * Add "Psiphon -" prefix to <title> text (e.g., w.php title is just "Welcome" which isn't very helpful in a tabbed browser)

                The email prompt should probably say even more inline. For example:

                Email: [ ] (this field is optional; leave it blank if you don't want Psiphon to learn your email address; but provide an email if you want to be informed of new ways to connect to Psiphon if your existing blah is blocked; we recommend you create a Yahoo email or GMail for this purpose blah blah)

                Add (Optional)* beside "Email" (e.g. Email (Optional)* )
