Bug Description
Suggestions:
1. Set a very high maximum number of recipients (1000?) [done]
2. Display that ceiling on the page [done]
3. Verify that we correctly parse alternate formats
a. Email addresses like "Foo Bar <email address hidden>"
b. comma-delimited lists
4. Allow users to upload a .csv file containing addresses
5. Verify that we have rational error messages for improper formatting, too many addresses, etc..
