Bug Description
* Parsing server verify site cert using browser-site rules
* Display custom lock icon in blue bar (or cert warning)
* In this way, users can see whether sites they view via Psiphon are valid or not -- at least, as much as they could via direct browsing.
* Somewhat related: could pop up a warning when user submits password field in form to HTTPS: noting that Psiphon can see the password.
