8.10 amd64 intrepid-proposed subscription tracking bug

This is a tracking bug used to count the number of people who have enabled the intrepid-proposed archive on their system and have enabled Apport to report bugs. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for instructions on doing that.
