Bug Description

I believe this snap is published to https://snapcraft.io/prometheus-libvirt-exporter , but it's hard to tell because that page doesn't link back to this snap source.

It would be good to add metadata for:

- link to this launchpad bug tracker
- link to the git repo for the snap
- updated description to link to the upstream project that this snap packages
- license
