firmware update fails for Gen10 when cleaning happens from ironic

ironic copies the firmware binaries to /tmp folder and passes the path to proliantutils.
Proliantutils does not handle this path to upload the bits to webserver and perform update_firmware for Gen10 correctly.

    Redfish: fix for model number string for Gen9 and above.
