add an option to switch on and off second_run

It would be better to offer an option to let user decide if rootstock runs the second_run with qemu or not because some real board may be faster than the qemu.

as i said in our IRC discussion, while i think its valid, it is nothing i will implement before the karmic release (btw, did you test rootstock on karmic ? the long delays are gone there, it uses qemu-arm-static now for the whole debootstrap run)

Closing it as Invalid as it should work much better with qemu-arm-static now.

If it's still slow and you have a fast ARM device you can now try rootstock in it directly.

Running the second stage at a real board implies that the network should be setup and etc, and this depends on lots of corner cases.
