touch-install script does not exit on device full

Bug Description

Trying to install on pollux_windy:
Running "project-rootstock-ng/rootstock-touch-install 14.09-preinstalled-touch-armhf.tar.gz system.img" leaves the script hanging on the step "unpacking rootfs tarball to system-image ...".

Running the command from the script manually "adb shell "cd /cache/system && zcat /recovery/14.09-preinstalled-touch-armhf.tar.gz | tar xf -"" ends with failure: "tar: write error: No space left on device".

Expected behavor is atleast to exit script and output error to console.
