Dolphin fails to start with missing libKF5BalooFiles.so.1 error

Bug Description

After I installed Project Neon on Kubuntu Trusty, Dolphin fails to start with the following error message: "dolphin: error while loading shared libraries: libKF5BalooFiles.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

You'll want to remove project-neon5-kde-baseapps as it was removed from the archive.
