supporter with 2 addresses displayed incorrectly

* list view: supporter gets displayed twice, but unfolding either of them unfolds the same one
* map view: only one address displayed

Correct behavior should be to display all information about the two addresses.

Suggestion: An easier to use layout for the list view might be a table where you can sort by column.

the table view looks nice, but there is no way to click 'show on the map' anymore?

Ok, I added a the "Map" and "Contact " links to let user see the supporter on the map and contact him/her.
Note that ordering is missing, both in the form or using Javascript to re-order the table.
