Bug Description
$ procenv --format=json --meta >/dev/null
$ procenv --meta --format=json >/dev/null
procenv: procenv.c:1051: dec_indent: Assertion `indent >= 0' failed.
It is documented that --output should be specified prior to a non-output option, so hopefully unlikely to be an issue in practise.
