rpm spec file

I sent this before, and I think it wasn't wanted, but I thought it might be worth leaving it here to save anyone
else the minor trouble of making a spec file for rpm-based systems. This works on RHEL 5 and 6, but I guess
the dependencies need modifying for SuSE.
