sudo prevu-init fails if ~/.gnupg/trustedkeys.gpg doesn't exist

Bug Description

I don't know exactly where apt-get grabbed this version of prevu from:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 8710 2008-11-10 10:12 /var/cache/apt/archives/prevu_1%3a0.5.0-0ubuntu1~hardy1_all.deb

sudo prevu-init failed with error messages about a missing dependency on binutils. However, I have the latest installed, so I presumed this was a red herring. Looking back through the console history, I noted numerous gpgv errors about trustedkeys.gpg missing. So, I touched ~/.gnupg/trustedkeys.gpg (and fixed the file permissions).

I re-ran sudo prevu-init, and this time it succeeded.
