Congregations don't display

On one user's site, no congregations are displaying. I logged in and attempted to add a congregation. It looks to me like the form posts the data correctly, and as a result the code on the server recognizes & reports the name of the church that was supposedly added to the database (I can't verify whether the congregation was actually added to the user's database). But for some reason the congregations in the database are not being displayed. I can't replicate the problem on my local working copy of PresbyterySite.

Fixed by changing line 125 of ps_congregations.php to:

       if (!($postField=='lastupdatedate' && $validatedPostVal=='')) $out[] = "$postField=\"$validatedPostVal\"";
